Traffic alerts ►

During construction, the westbound travel lanes on Route 3/Route 14 will be closed at Windsor Road. Westbound traffic will be shifted to use a single eastbound travel lane.

Route 3/Route 14 eastbound will be open with one travel lane open in each direction.

The dedicated left turn lane eastbound at Route 3/Route 14 and Windsor Road intersection will be maintained

Public outreach ►

A Notice of Willingness to hold a public hearing has been offered to all interested parties. If your concerns cannot be satisfied, VDOT is willing to hold a public hearing. You may request that a public hearing be held by sending a written request to Mr. Khalili Minhas, P.E., Virginia Department of Transportation, 87 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405 on or prior to Tuesday, July 6, 2021. If a request for a public hearing is received, notice of date, time and place of the hearing will be posted.
